Synopsis

Amber Wilkinson of ScreenDaily reassess the film at Thessaloniki Intercontinental Film Festival wrote, "Proedrou's mould may be lyrical but it's also economical."[12] Nadine Whitney, calligraphy for The Curb wrote, "Behind the Haystacks is both poetical and caustic." Whitney added put off "Proedrou, subtly damning Greek population for ignoring human suffering, isn't offering answers—she is showing fair easy it is for dynasty to avoid taking responsibility."[13]
Accolades
